What novura.io, academy.novura.io and the AI Level Test collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are
Novura is a brand of dropie s. r. o., the company responsible for (the “controller” of) the personal data collected on novura.io, academy.novura.io and aitest.novura.io. “We” on this page means Novura and the company.

What we collect and why
We collect only what each purpose below needs. You never have to give us personal data, but without an email address we can’t reply to you or send you a report.
When you contact us
If you use the form on our site or email us, we get your name, your email address and your message. If you book a call, we get the name, email address and time you enter on the booking page.
We use them to reply, to prepare the conversation and, if you ask for one, to make you an offer. The form also emails you a copy of your message.
- Legal basis:
- taking the steps you ask for before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- How long we keep it:
- up to 24 months after our last exchange. If we then work together, contracts and invoices are kept for as long as Slovak accounting and tax law requires, usually 10 years.
The AI Level Test
The test at aitest.novura.io collects your answers, your email address and, if you add it, your first name. If you came through a team link, it also records the team and whether you took the test before or after a programme.
We use this to calculate your result and email it to you, to prepare the team report for the person who organised the test, and to improve the test and our training. If you ticked the box for our AI notes, we send them a couple of times a month; every email has an unsubscribe link. The test’s own privacy page has the details.
- Legal basis:
- giving you the result you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); our legitimate interest in team reports, in improving the test and our training, and in following up on your result (Art. 6(1)(f)); and your consent for our AI notes (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- How long we keep it:
- results for 24 months; AI notes until you unsubscribe.
Keeping the sites running and safe
Like any website, ours receive your IP address, your browser type and the pages you request. Our hosting provider logs them, and we use your IP address to limit how often a form can be sent, which keeps out spam.
Every page also loads Google Fonts (typefaces) from Google’s servers, and the pages on novura.io and academy.novura.io load Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection for our forms), so Google receives your IP address and browser details too. None of this sets cookies on our sites.

- our legitimate interest in running a site that works and is protected from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- How long we keep it:
- our hosting provider deletes its server logs after 30 days.
Analytics and marketing
Only if you accept them in the cookie banner: Google Analytics tells us how people find and use our sites, the Meta Pixel measures and targets our ads on Facebook and Instagram, and the Apollo.io tracker identifies the companies whose networks visit us, so we can follow up with businesses that showed interest.

Who else handles your data
These companies help us run our sites and services, and handle your data on our behalf:
- Amazon Web Services hosts the sites (AWS Amplify, Frankfurt, Germany).
- Google handles our email (Google Workspace); runs Google Analytics and Tag Manager if you accept analytics cookies; serves reCAPTCHA and Google Fonts.
- Resend sends the emails from our contact form and the AI Level Test.
- Railway hosts the automation server that stores AI Level Test results.
- TidyCal runs the booking page behind “Book a call”.
- Meta Platforms Ireland runs the Meta Pixel if you accept marketing cookies.
- Apollo.io runs its website tracker if you accept marketing cookies.
Some of them are based in the United States or process data there. Where your data leaves the European Economic Area, it’s protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
We don’t sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask us:
- for a copy of the data we hold about you;
- to correct it or to delete it;
- to limit how we use it;
- to send it to you, or to another company, in a machine-readable format.
You can object at any time to anything we do on the basis of our legitimate interest, and to direct marketing. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; that doesn’t affect what we did before.

If you think we’ve mishandled your data, you can complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk, or to the data protection authority where you live or work.
Anything else
We don’t make decisions about you by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects. The AI Level Test works out your level from your answers automatically, for your information only.
When we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top.
