Novura is an AI-automation enablement service. We do the difficult implementation, put reliable automation into production, and leave the capability (the workflows, the knowledge, the documentation) inside your business.

Our story

We build automation we’d want to own ourselves.

Our work with automation started years before ChatGPT: Zapier and Make.com stacks, APIs, integrations, and custom workflows connecting real business processes. When language models arrived, they became a powerful new component on top of fundamentals we already understood: process design, reliable data movement, testing, error handling, and operational ownership.

We run our own company on automation, which gives us direct experience with the questions that appear after the demo: who owns the workflow, what happens when an input changes, how quality is checked, and how failures are detected and recovered.

We showed our own setup at a startup event (not selling anything) and walked away with five teams asking us to build the same. That reaction is why Novura exists.
