The Method

From unclear opportunity to an owned system.

How an engagement runs, from the first analysis to a tested production system your own team operates. Defined scope, agreed acceptance criteria, and no open-ended experiment.

How it works

From unclear opportunity to an owned production system.

  1. 1

    Analyse

We study the process, the people, the tools, the current cost of the work, and the risks, then identify where automation creates a measurable result. Output: a process map, opportunities, a recommended first use case, technical approach, risks, and a definition of success.

  2. 2

    Define the result

Before building, we agree exactly what the system must do and how it will be tested: inputs and outputs, test scenarios, the quality bar, human approval points, error handling, security boundaries, the operational owner, and handover criteria. This prevents an open-ended experiment.

  3. 3

    Build

We do the difficult implementation with access to the people who understand the process. Your team provides context, decisions, access, and feedback; we handle architecture, integrations, workflow logic, testing, and setup, all in your environment, on accounts your business controls.

  4. 4

    Test

We test against real scenarios and the agreed acceptance criteria. A system isn’t “done” because a demo worked once; it must perform reliably enough for real operational use.

  5. 5

    Teach

We train the person or team who will own it: how it works, how to monitor it, how to make routine changes, how to spot and recover from failures, and when to call us.

  6. 6

    Hand over

You receive the working system, documentation, access, and operating knowledge. You continue independently, keep us on optional support, or bring us back when the next opportunity is ready.

Steps 1 and 2 are the paid Detailed Analysis. The free Automation Assessment comes before it.

The engagement model

Start with one meaningful system. Expand only after it proves its value.

1

Automation Assessment

Free

A short, broad conversation to spot the most promising use case, sense-check fit, and point to a direction. No deep specifics, just whether there’s something worth doing.

2

Detailed Analysis

Paid

If there’s a fit, a focused paid analysis produces the concrete deliverables: process map, system design, acceptance criteria, scope, risks, and a commercial proposal. This is where the opportunity becomes real and specific.

3

Enablement Sprint

Fixed scope

A fixed-scope implementation: design, build, integrations, testing against agreed criteria, documentation, internal-owner training, and handover. It’s designed to leave you with a working capability, not an unfinished pilot.

4

The Harbour

Optional support

Ongoing support that is not required to keep the system running: priority troubleshooting, monitoring, updates, small improvements, and advice for your internal owners. Cancel anytime. You keep the system and the access.

5

Additional Modules

On evidence

Once the first system proves value, we build more across other departments. Expansion should follow evidence, not enthusiasm.

What “working” means

We define success before we build.

We don’t ask you to trust a vague promise that “AI will transform the business.” Before implementation, we agree measurable acceptance criteria; handover happens after the agreed system is built, tested, and documented.

The exact criteria are defined for each engagement.

Depending on the use case, completion may require that:

  • The workflow runs in the production environment
  • Agreed test cases pass
  • Required integrations work
  • Human approvals appear in the correct places
  • Errors are logged and recoverable
  • Documentation is complete
  • An internal owner can operate the system
  • Security and access requirements are satisfied

Stop experimenting. Build one system that works.

You don’t need another AI tool, a generic workshop, or an agency-owned black box. You need a commercially meaningful process turned into a reliable production system, with the knowledge to run it inside your own company. Novura will analyse the opportunity, do the difficult build, test the result, train an internal owner, and hand over the capability.

Tell us what you want to improve.

You don’t need a technical specification. Tell us which process is creating the most friction, who’s currently doing the work, which systems are involved, what you’ve already tried, and what a successful result would change.

No generic sales presentation. We’ll discuss the process, the commercial opportunity, and whether Novura is the right fit.

Build it properly. Prove it works. Run your own waters.
